 "Not sure where to start really; behind the scenes they were very prompt and professional, very easy to deal with (no egos), polite and easy going. On stage, without question the best covers band I have ever seen and heard. I have worked as a musician, technician, promoter and stage manager for nearly 30 years. I have managed rehearsal rooms and worked and toured with many known and unknown artists, 100's if not 1,000's of acts so I know what I'm talking about when it comes to ability and performance.

In terms of how they sounded they are faultless, people came out of a venue local to the outdoor stage convinced that the live music must have finished and we were playing a CD through the PA until they saw ‘Hussyband' playing the songs for real. Top musicians, great vocals, and really knew how to work the crowd. To explain the background a bit, Herne Bay is a relatively small seaside town which is used to having the usual party bands at these events. You know the ones; line up like the Committments and sing 'Mustang Sally' and 'Superstition' etc.

I took a chance this year with something more contemporary to make it more of a 'festival' and sent a list of songs to the band in advance which were much heavier; Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Wheatus, Killers, Kings Of Leon etc. I also threw in a couple of party tunes in case the family audience didn't like the heavy set. 'Hussyband' judged it perfectly, starting with a few party tunes from bands like Maroon 5 and Walk The Moon to get the crowd on side and dancing, then they subtly moved through The Police and The Jam to get to Ocean Colour scene leading into the more Indie then Rock anthems. To see a 60 year old woman behind me singing along to Teenage Dirtbag (because Rich asked all the females to sing the girls part on the record) followed by 3,000 people of all generations bouncing up and down to Smells Like Teen Spirit was vindication of the chance we took by asking for this kind of set, and also testiment to 'Hussyband' for the way the band pulled it off. Loads of great comments about the band since, and we are very, very happy. We finally woke up this sleepy town and gave them what they really wanted....even if they didn't know it until it hit them"

This is the second time we've used ‘Hussyband'. First was at a wedding and second was at my husband’s birthday party in our garden. Both times, we've been amazed at how these guys get to know the crowd and work with them to make sure everyone is having a great time. All I've had after the party is...."the band were amazing!" Apart from the brilliant song choices, the highlight for us was when one of the band made a boys dream come true by letting him play guitar with them on stage. A moment he and his family will never forget. The band were polite, punctual and answered every possible question we needed to know to make our day go off so smoothly. We will definitely use them again and so will our friends in the future. Thank you so much for an epic day!

Sorry we haven't emailed sooner, but I just wanted to thank you all for such an amazing performance at our wedding! We literally had the most amazing day and you guys just absolutely topped it off in the evening! From the moment we found you I knew you were the right band for us!I! Literally had goosebumps when I heard you, and knew we had to have you at our wedding!

We have had so many compliments on how amazing you were and even the venue commented and said the dance floor hadn't been that packed for a while! You are all amazing, I just wish we could do it all again.

I hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did, it's certainly a night I will remember forever."

Everyone at the party was talking about the band, and are still talking about the band. Please do not confuse ’Hussyband' with a typical wedding/party band - they most certainly are not. They are consummate professionals and outstanding musicians - I would pay very good money just to see them play. Thanks guys for making my wife’s birthday party such a memorable night'

What can I say, if you are looking for an awesome band, ’Hussyband' are amazing! They got everyone dancing, we could not of asked for a better band! They really made our wedding reception even more special. I would just like to extend my personal thanks to ‘Hussyband' for being absolutely superb at our wedding. They were brilliant from start to finish, very professional and more importantly are all very talented musicians and a great band.

They played the playlist I requested in full which was on the rockier side of things and seemed to really enjoy doing so. They even learnt a couple of tracks especially at my request which were brilliant.

I have had a lot of comments on how good they were from guests, and the dancefloor was full all night which pretty much speaks for itself.
